Not sure about them yet.
They are definitely โbabyโ as they are tiny. About 5mm long. Not sure how โdriedโ they are, but if the salt content is high-enough it will work as a preservative. The packaging does suggest soaking them in water to reduce saltiness. I did not bother, not using them by the handful. the package says โstore below 7cโ Which translates to โstore in the fridge.โ It would make more sense to simply say so. โRefrigerate after opening.โ As for using them, I have put a small pinch in my ramen style noodles over the last couple days (quick and easy work lunch) and like the results. Not too strong a flavour. They do smell a bit fishy. But then they are seafood, and that is what they smell of. Not sure if I will buy again.

Not as good as mature one.
Was ok but will not get it again because found them not as firm as the mature srimps that I am used to get.They were very expensive and not able to be see then and they don't need hardly any cooking just soak and use. So maybe I have to stop buying what I like and go without,if the price is right on the more mature shrimps maybe later I will give myself a treat.so 2 for shrimps 3 for Amazon delivery.
