Really happy with this TRS Urad Dal. The quality is excellent—clean, fresh, and cooks beautifully. I used it to make dahi vadas, and they turned out soft, fluffy, and absolutely delicious! It soaks well and grinds easily, making the whole process smooth. Will definitely be buying again for all my South Asian recipes!
