The only differences between the two is the material on the Anthem Athletics shorts feels a little more substantial, so it seems like they may hold up a little better over time. That said, I do not have any concerns about the G Gradual shorts wearing out any time soon. Additionally, the pockets on the Anthem shorts are slightly wider across the top opening, so it is a little easier to put your hand in when you need to get something out. Very happy with them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice product but did not work for me *by A***. on January 31, 2021* This seems like a quality product and was very comfortable. It is very light-weight and not at all restrictive, so very comfortable. I think it would be good for working out in. I returned mine for 2 reasons: 1) I fell between two sizes. The small fit well in the waist but was a bit tight in the seat. The medium fit better in the seat, but was too loose in the waist. This may be because of my odd-shaped body and may not affect others. My waist by the tape measure is 31" and my seat measurement is 37". I usually wear a size 30" jeans, sometimes 31". 2) The material is very light-weight and soft and also has a lot of stretch. This is probably a great choice for working out. However, a side-effect is that it shows a lot of detail of what is underneath on both the back and the front. For normal modesty, especially if you are using this short as casual wear, I think you will have to pay a lot of attention to your choice of underwear.
