With a magnetic holder and USB induction charger, this system is easy to assemble and compatible with both metal and rubber valve types. ## Description The innovative Michelin "tyre pressure control system" (RDKS) for motorcycles, mopeds, scooters and all two-wheeled means of transport can be mounted and used within 3 minutes. It provides a new level of safety for all riders for whom tyre condition is of high importance. The Michelin system works with a patented SAS system. It ensures automatic calibration and wireless connection between the sensors and the display. This makes the Michelin system stand out clearly from other systems on the retrofit market thanks to its comfortable installation and very fast readiness for use. The RDKS motorcycle consists of a holder for the receiver, a removable LCD display, two active sensors, two locking nuts and a mounting aid, as well as a USB induction charging holder for charging. The RDKS innovation guarantees easy installation and just as easy handling. The removable LCD display is held securely by a strong magnet in the charging cradle, even at high speed and strong shocks. The Michelin radio sensors are equipped with 8 g. extremely light and are easily installed instead of the valve caps. The low weight ensures that the sensors have no negative impact on the driving behaviour. These sensors are equally suitable for mounting on metal and rubber valves (snap-in) with metal threads. In the event of interruptions or longer service life of the vehicle, the very handy display can be removed and stored in the smallest space. The Michelin RDKS with the patented SAS system ("Search & Assign System") ensures automatic calibration. The display offers a battery life of up to 3 months - recharging very easy with the included USB charging cradle. The radio sensors weigh only 8 g. and are waterproof (IP67 certification, i.e. temporary submersion up to 30 minutes and 1 m water depth). An acceleration sensor in the radio sensors allows a sleep mode - so that energy is only consumed in driving mode. A temptation for for sticky fingers. The magnetic cup itself is stuck to the bike and is very difficult to move once in situ, which is both good and bad. The size of the magnetic cup also limits the number of places it can be mounted on a bike, in sight, without adding an additional mounting plate.The unit runs down quickly once it reaches the mid point on the battery level.
