Lemon Balm - Melissa officinalis Dried Loose Leaf by Nature Tea (8 oz)

The quality is great. I just wish It was packaged in paper and not metal. That factor is a bit if a deterant for me.

I love this tea. It has a mild taste and is relaxing to have a nice hot cup at the end of the day.

First, can we just agree, as a people, that even the best lemon balm tea is very bland? even with honey or sugar, it's still much like drinking hot water, unless you brew it very strong and then it's got an odd bitter taste. So if you're interested in drinking lemon balm tea, I'm guessing it's for some other reason than the taste. I drink it because it helps prevent vertigo and has other health benefits. I also use it in my henna recipe, for coloring my hair. This is good loose lemon balm tea, with some actual leaf particles, not the tea "dust" found in tea bags. It looked and smelled fresh upon arrival.
