Dream come true! Finally I can wear all my shoes again! Best orthopedic insoles I’ve ever tried!
If I could give this 100 stars I would. I was just about to give up and throw away most of my shoes. After a toe injury lead to severe arthritis between my big toe joint and foot I could no longer wear my Dr. Marten shoes or most of my shoes. Podiatrist told me I needed very expensive orthopedic insoles which my insurance would not cover. Or surgery. I bought about 30 different types of orthopedic insoles from Amazon and other websites and nothing really worked. And then I saw this listing. I liked the return policy so thought I would try. I actually ordered one size up because I noticed my arch seems to be pretty long. I did the hot water and molded it to my foot, waited a few minutes and put them in my shoes. I could not believe it, it was exactly the perfect support underneath my entire foot that I needed! They seem to work in all my shoes including slippers. Last night I wore my Dr. Martens for the first time in six months, pain free! It took all the pressure off my toe joint. The problem with the other orthopedic insoles is they felt like a lump under my foot. But these are so smooth and gradual and molded to your own foot, they are a dream come true for me. I just ordered a second pair, it’s pretty easy to switch them from shoe to shoe but I figure I might eventually get a bunch of them. The feeling reminds me of when I used to wear cowboy boots, they are hard but they cuddle my foot in exactly the right way. I’m just so happy and so grateful to have found these. I need to tell my podiatrist about them, I can’t believe I was about to spend $300 or $400 on something that might not have even worked. Try these!

These Orthotics really helped me.
I would like to give a little background about my situation. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. In addition, both of my feet have pronation and the arches tends to be lower than normal my feet are always sore. I've been to a doctor and surgeon and decided after hearing about surgical relief (if you can put up with several months of recovery), before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) I decided to go the route of seeing a foot center and having custom made inserts. The cost about $450, I found that they were able to give relief and they worked. These however were custom fitted to one style of shoe, the leather dress shoe that I wore for work, and I didn't want to haveto spend that for each styleof shoes. Being some what custom, I would not be able to use them on sneakers. So for many years I have been getting inserts from Amazon, and I have found a couple of different kinds that help with these type of soft shoe. Poking around on Amazon in the suggested items recently and ran across these. I did read the reviews and decided to give them a try. LET ME TELL YOU...they really work! When I first got them, I could not believe how hard these babies were! So I read the instructions, prepared a pot of boiling water, got a chair and prepared to start shaping them to my feet. I found this tip that worked for me: in forming them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches (important for PF sufferers), I used a small towel to wrap around my arch area, while they cooled. And resist squeezing them (this will cause the arch area to be too narrow and they will hurt). With the small towel still wrapped around the mould, put your foot down on the floor and put some pressure while it finishes cooling foot on them. This helps you get a better fit to your foot, took me a couple of tries, but the experimentation paid off. Then, let them cool, slip them in the sneakers and they feel like you are standing on a couple of bricks…Ouch!. It then occurred to me that I need to slip the original insert over the Corefit insert and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It took a several tries to get them exactly the way I wanted, but now I can say that they are more comfortable as my other inserts. Because of the Corefit Orthotics insert, I can wear all my running shoes all day now. Then switch the orthotics to any shoe I need to wear, this is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn't get this level of comfort from the other styles of orthotics. Now I put them on and don't take them off until the end of the day. My feet are more comfortable in my shoes and they seem to be much better when I am not using them. They may be helping to correct the FP condition, I certainly hope so!!!! So, I world humbly say thank you, Corefit for a product that has helped me get a great level of relief from the pain I have endured for so long...thank you.

Better Than Podiatrist Custom Made
I have been wearing these for more than 7 years (sorry for the very late review) and just bought my second pair. These are much better for me (metatarsus adductus) than the custom-made orthotics I have from two different podiatrists. They give me good arch support and help protect the outside of my foot from pressure from the shoe (I have duck like foot shape). I found them easy to mold to my foot shape. My only wish is that they were a little wider in the front, so I bought a pair one size up to try.

I think the best benefit of these insoles is that you can shape ...
I have high arches and metatarsal pain. I have tried sooooo many different kinds of orthotics and was weary of spending so much money on products that really didn't help. I think the best benefit of these insoles is that you can shape them to your foot. They are easy and quick to mold. I do find that they lose the shape eventually and the support sags, but you can always re-shape them to what you need. This is great when both feet have different arch height needs. I find that if I place a smaller support or piece of foam underneath the middle of the orthotic, it will hold its shape longer. Either way, my pain lessened and they were well worth the price.

Ordering second pair for home since so effective for work, with heel spur, and plantar fascitis
So I just purchased this for work shoes...and found out after the 1-2 week try on period of adjustment, that of all the heel cushions (2 of them from Amazon - these heel cushions may be perfect for others with a less severe problem) and other flexible sole inserts - this was by far the best...but it took about 7 days to get adjusted to it, and just when I was about to give up hope on these, I suddenly realized that these decreased the pain waaaay more than all the other inserts. So now, I am ordering a 2nd pair, for home use. I had ordered a pair, followed the directions, and it is perfect for work. Once I realized that this helped my heel pain, I realized that the pain came back whenever I was schlepping about the house in the other inserts. I then realized,...I needed to get another pair for schlepping about the house shoes....and also realized, that a lot of people may not know about the incredible benefits of this orthotic. A number of years ago, I had gotten very expensive orthotics - that covered the whole feet - I had gotten them from the Podiatrist - but impossible to wear and walk in. I was very discouraged, and tossed those orthotics (despite podiatrist insisting I wear them and tried to adjust them - but to no avail - and said I would have to go to a different podiatrist if I wanted specialized orthotics as he only used these long orthotics with like a metal shaft in the sole of it). I then found instead other half inserts you can buy anywhere, and those worked better. But, this is 2017, and my foot pain is much worse and would not go away with those easily available everywhere heel inserts..so...I ordered these... This 3/4 size moldable insert - is magic!! and very low priced. This is magic if you have the severe heel problem as I do!!! I was just was diagnosed with heel spur, plantar flascitis - got a steroid injection in the heel bursa (did not help much yet), but I had ordered this Corefit self moldable custom shoe insert - the first pair - about 3 weeks ago, then per the directions, used it at home for an hour a day until I worked up to 3 hours, then I started to wear it at work, and now, I cannot imagine walking outside without these inserts. That is why I am ordering this second pair. My left foot is size 6, my right foot is size 6.5, and I got the corresponding shoe size insert size 7 - here on Amazon. Thank you for selling on Amazon!!!!!

The are AMAZING...Just Can't Believe How Great They Are
A little about my situation. I have two different sized feet. Not a little bit different, a LOT (2-1/2 sizes), so I have to buy 2 pairs of shoes. In addition, one of my feet has a SUPER high arch and here is where the real problem begins. Because of the arch situation, the ball of my foot takes a beating and causes me horrible pain. I've been to a surgeon and decided before trying surgery (upon his recommendation) to go the route of seeing an prosthesis center and having an insert custom made. These cost about $300...and they worked. For the first time in my life I had no pain. But they were $300 and I didn't want to spend that for every pair of shoes. I mean, these were custom fitted to one pair of my shoes and couldn't be moved to others. I was poking around on Amazon recently and ran across these. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. HOLY WOW...they work! I got a pot of water boiling, pulled up a chair and set about shaping them to my feet. (Incidentally....I bought ONE pair and was able to use for both feet!!! Extra YAY!). A tip that worked for me: form them to your feet, paying special attention to the arches. Let them set up a little bit but while they are still only slightly moldable, put them on the floor and place your foot on them. This helps you see where you may need to "flatten" them out under the ball of your foot, etc. Then, let them cool. Honestly, it took a few tries to get them the way I needed but I can say that they are EVERY bit as comfortable as my $300 inserts. Once cooled, I pulled the current inserts out of my shoes, placed these under, and then replaced the stock inserts on top. Some people may not need to do this, but it's what worked best or me. Because of Orthotics, I'm able to wear my running shoes literally all day now. This is truly astonishing to me as I usually couldn't tolerate them for more than an hour or two. Now I put them on and don't take them off until the end of the day.My feet are more comfortable with my shoes and inserts than without! So, from the bottom of my heart, Corefit...thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

They look like they will last even longer than the prescription ones
These are very affordable orthotic inserts that are very similar to the prescription ones I got for $125 ten years ago. They look like they will last even longer than the prescription ones. The only issues I'm having is they are so much stiffer than the Rx ones, and even though I remolded one of them, they still are taking a while to get used to. And I had overlooked that they aren't advised for sandals, which is something I had hoped to use them with, but that's not a deal killer. Also, they need to come with step-by-step photo image instructions demonstrating how to make the mold from start to finish. They should make a short YouTube video for how to mold the things to your feet, too. Because I had to do it all by guessing and trial & error, it took me a few weeks before I finally decided to try it with no instructive images demonstrating the process. I had to redo one and it's still probably going to need to be redone again. The first time one of them I got the instep too high so my foot was aching while the other one was fine. What I like is they are very affordable and once I get it right I expect it will do exactly what a good orthotic insert should. What I don't like is it's a stiffer material (hard plastic) than I would have liked compared to the prescription one I had which was made of one layer of leather and another layer of supportive material that was like a synthetic rubbery, stiff leather substance that had some give and was very cozy to wear. I didn't even need a breaking-in phase for those like they always recommend. But for these Corefit orthotic inserts I'm definitely going to. Update: I don't know who voted this review as unhelpful nor do I know how anyone can be more descriptive or honest regarding the pros and cons of a product. If it helped you decide, please kindly give a positive vote and thank you. :-)

Works Wonders on Aching Feet and Knees
I was skeptical this support would work and even more skeptical of the process to fit it to my own feet. However, it's simple enough for me to do it without goofing it up. Put the support into boiling water, take it out with a pair of tongs, sit down on a chair with socks on and put your foot into the support, pressing it up on the sides to hug the foot. Easy. After wearing them for one day inside my athletic shoes, I have zero foot and knee pain. Usually by this time of day (8:30 pm), I have my heating pad wrapped around my knees and I am hoping I can make it to bedtime without taking prescription pain medicine. My feet and knees suffer because of a ridiculously high instep. (I have had Jones fractures on both feet that required titanium pins. I know about foot pain.) But here I am relaxing on my bed writing this review without a heating pad or pain medicine or shooting pains through my feet and legs. It's a miracle as far as I'm concerned. I do think wearing lace up shoes helps this support do it's job. This product isn't for loafers or slippers. However, I would gladly wear athletic shoes with this support every day for the rest of my life if I can be pain free like I am tonight. I wore a light weight sock when molding the support and I wore a medium weight sock all day today. I was on my feet for over 12 hours. I can't believe it. No pain. Zero. Try this support. I wear a ladies 8.5 and I bought the size 9 support. Perfect fit. Don't know about the men's sizes but I assume they will be as accurate as the ladies' sizes. I have spent a small fortune on supports and shoe inserts as I'm sure you have if you are reading this. I risked another $70 and it was worth it. Wonderful product that does what it says.
