This was recommended to me by a cousin. She uses it when traveling and always has it in her purse to help when she feels a cold or scratchy throat coming on. I tried it and love it. The taste is not bad either. Love all the healthy stuff in it. Anything by the beauty chef is a great buy.

Wow. This stuff tastes nasty. Like thin, bad molasses or something. Oddly, both too sweet and too bitter at the same time. Just bad all the way around.But I can get past the bad taste for something that actually works. My main purpose for obtaining this is because I can be very susceptible to coughs and sore throats. Anything that helps is alright by me. This spray contains a number of different ingredients that are good for sore throats and coughs, so I knew that it should serve me well.For those purposes, it does help. Honestly can't say that it works quite as well as another natural spray that I use for this purpose, but this adds a few other healthy ingredients that I'm not getting from the other. I will not use them both at the same time, but I do like to switch them up a bit.I do think that that price of $29 (today's price) for 1 fluid ounce is a bit steep. The other natural spray that I use cost about half that and actually works better. Sorry to say that I'm not leaning towards replacing this once it's gone.

The taste was actually not bad, and kinda grew on me. I love how convenient it is to carry around in my purse. Definitely excited to try more products from this company.

First off, I did not like the aroma of this. Not one bit; it just was not an appealing smell. But I got thru that, and used as recommended.It has a soft minty taste that really doesn't stay or linger too long. Besides that I really can't tell if it has had a lasting effect on me in any way. I've used the recommended amounts and can't tell anything. As far as better smelling breath, I'm really OCD about my teeth and breath; making sure that I brush, floss and use mouthwash daily and often, so that aspect maybe has been working, but I cannot tell right now. Have only been using less than a month; will update review if it changes. All in all, this is a good buy as it is. Anything that can help with personal hygiene is always appreciated.

Flavor takes some getting used to. Not sure if I notice anything but it feels good using this
