Great antenna kit
I bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour a couple of months ago. I didn't notice at first, but the antenna was missing (the base looks similar to the "fin style" used by VW and some other brands). I don't listen to the radio much, but when I did the radio reception was terrible. I noticed that the "fin" appeared to be threaded to accept an antenna, so I bought one of these and gave it a try. The kit includes several adapters with a list of the proper adapter to use with different vehicle models. In a couple of minutes, the antenna was installed and reception was 10x better.

It fits, looks good and works.
I put this antenna on my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. The antenna mount on this truck has a male stud that is M6-1.0 thread. This is a very common metric coarse thread, basically the metric counterpart to 1/4"-20 thread. The Votex antenna has female M6-1.0 threads, so it screws right on to my truck and is good to go. I compared the reception of the Votex antenna to the OEM 30" whip antenna and to my ears it is the same, no loss of reception. If your vehicle has a mount stud with male M6-1.0 thread then it will fit with no issue. They also include a bag of 10 different male to male adapters of various size and pitch threads (see photo) including 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, M6-1.0 x 1" long, M6-1.0 x 9/16" long, and six others of odd threads that I can't identify and are probably model specific, so if your vehicle has a female thread antenna mount then I'd say your chances of getting a fit are pretty good. There are also 2 black plastic sleeves the same OD as the antenna base to dress up any cosmetic issues from the adapters. If your vehicle has a male thread mount stud that is NOT M6-1.0 then it won't fit because there are no adapters for this situation.

Toyota Sienna 2014 - worked great!
2014 Toyota Sienna - the original rubber antenna base had dry rotted and the antenna was lost. I replaced the base, which is sold separately, by opening up the hood and then cutting off what remained. I softened up the replacement rubber base by soaking it in boiled water for 5 minutes and applied a little soap. Boom! On it went. It was easy to ID the proper threaded adapter for the antenna using the guide provided - see photo. I added a small amount of threadlock on the antenna side of the threads. Perfect! Took me longer to write the review than to complete the repairs.

Good buy for looks
Looks great, bends as advertised, appears to be of lasting quality (will update if it breaks, I do car washes regularly) Will note as others have said, I think the FM range is a bit lower and more static, but I don’t really listen to FM/AM anyways. More an aesthetic thing.

So easy and complete with all of the adapters included
First of all, the antenna arrived the day after I ordered. The antenna itself is pretty small but after I installed it the radio performs every bit as well as it did with the stock antenna on. I have an older Toyota Tundra which had lost it's antenna when it snapped off. The base of the old antenna was still inside the port where you screw it in, but I was able to extract it easily enough. This new antenna comes with loads of extra pieces to fit different applications and I was able to find mine with no problem. Just attach the correct adapter to the base of the antenna and screw it in securely. The extra circumference of the antenna base makes screwing it in by hand a breeze, which will be handy going to the car wash and having to take it off and put it back on without the aid of a wrench. I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it works and the ease of installation.

Fantastic for 2010 Lexus IS350!!!
This is a fantastic replacement antenna for my 2010 Lexus IS350. My original OEM antenna cracked at the bottom going through lots of automatic car washes so I had to replace it. Comes with lots of different size screws/adaptors/spacers that I'm sure will fit most cars. Simply unscrew the antenna off the car, screw in one end of the bronze screw, the one I was advised to use (see my customer service review below), onto the bottom of this new antenna and then screw it onto your car. Done in not even a minute. I've seen reviews here that say they got bad radio reception and I can't see why. I didn't lose any reception with all my channels both AM and FM. Crystal clear sound. I also want to mention that I had great customer service with my email inquiry. The night my antenna came I was a bit overwhelmed with all the screws, adapters, and spacers that came with it so I emailed their customer service that night asking what I needed to use for my specific car. The very next morning I got a reply back from Zach and he asked me to take a picture off all the screws and whatnot. He sent back a reply where he drew an arrow to the exact one that is for my 2010 Lexus IS350. And the screw fit exactly. It's the little bronze screw. This antenna is about 3 inches shorter than the OEM antenna and much sturdier. I also noticed the original is steel and not bronze, so I am assuming that is better!! Nothing else needed with the extras I got. Now let's see how long this antenna lasts through all the car washes I go through. I usually run it through the car wash 4+ times a week, so will efinitely put it against their claims of being automatic car wash resistant!!! Will come back after I put this through 20 car washes with my update.

Just a great all around product
This is an excellent product, precision threading on a great variety of parts. Assembly was simple. The Best part is, I get better reception than I did with the Factory Antenna. Reasonable price for a great Product.

Doesn't fit a Harley
Might be the best antenna in the world. Don't know the Amazon AI said it would fit, it doesn't.

Great Antenna
Easy to install and the reception is fantastic. I tried a competitors product but the reception was poor. This antenna is well worth the price.

Did not fit
As pic of item indicates the mounting stud is male. So is the mounting stud on the truck. So we had to look for an adapter to make it work - and ended up ordering a different antenna instead. So while the description says it would fit our vehicle - it didn't. I tried contacting the seller but did not receive a response back. Also, the shipping to send it back is not covered - so you're stuck paying for that as well on top of the antenna.
