Decent quality!
It has a good weight , feels strong & brassy and the brackets were fitted no problem. It looks good on the wall too but It would have helped if a couple of basic measurements were given. The rail is also fastened to the brackets with 1 tiny grubscrew on either side which left it feeling a bit looser than I expected so I wrapped some tape round the brackets to give the screws something to grip onto, it seems to have worked. Pretty pleased with the final result.

Well-designed double towel rail
We needed a towel rail for our small new downstairs shower room and the only place available was over a double radiator, this rail was ideal to hang the towel in front of the radiator. Plus unlike similar rails the ends are rounded off so less chance of people banging into them as they walk past. It was easy to install and seems really strong.

Unfortunately the fixing does not hold the rail firmly against the wall, and so the rail sags. Otherwise very happy

I've installed this towel bar in both bathrooms about six months ago and they're still good as new. I was a bit concerned that the small footprint of the mount to the wall would mean that it might get loose over time, but no, it's still sturdy with no movement. Looks good and was pretty straightforward to install. One benefit of having the two beams going across is there's an air gap between the folds of your bath towel and it dries faster. Or if you just use one beam, it looks more stylish.

Perfect to hang a few cute outfits in our nursery. I will say that the bar is not super sturdy on the wall and does have a lean to it even when you use the wall anchors.
