Can you please tell me what models in the 3386 series are polarized ?

only available GREEN SOLID polarized lens 004/9A

What is the hinge to hinge length measurement?

These are about 6 inches in the 67mm larger eye size or a little over 5 1/2 inches in the smaller 6emm eye size

Are the lenses plastic or glass?

All RB aviator glasses are made of polycarbonate.

how to identify genuine from fake in this model?

I’m not sure. However I was very disappointed with these glasses. They seem fake and not worth cost. I only have them as back up pair of sunglasses for the car.
