We’ve used these handles for a few years in a high volume area, they hold up well but do wear out after about 18 months of heavy use. Our most recent purchase wore out in roughly three months and they were very quick to respond and sent a replacement and tracking number the same day.

This is an awesome product concept. I was worried at first to order it because of a few reviews that talked about them breaking. I seen there was a year warranty and it was because of that I purchased it for my family's business. I enjoyed not having to guess if the restroom was in use or not and I really liked people not trying to break down the door when I was using it. However, it broke two weeks ago and had contacted Vizilok the day of. I have not heard back! It's one thing if they where not unerring their warranty but to ignore me all together is not professional and discredits their brand. I will update this if my situation or experience changes.

Easy to install and looks much more expensive than the price. The lock feels solid and sturdy, not cheap plastic. I really like the red “IN-USE” indicator — very convenient for restroom doors in a salon or office. The brushed metal finish also looks clean and modern. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Good ADA door lock with a push button and a much bigger indicator window than others I’ve seen. It makes it easy to see if the restroom is occupied at a glance. We’ve started using these in our office, and I’d definitely recommend them.

I purchased one two years ago and it still works great so I ordered one more for my daughter now for her new apartment. Reasonable price, easy installation, great quality. I love it .

Not made for heavy use with a business. It busted within 6 months and someone got locked in the room for over an hour until a professional had to remove it and replace it with something that works.
