I could tell as soon as i took them out of the box that i was glad i chose these over the cheap look-alikes. The housing is very heavy duty and the mounting bracket is very strong. I bought a set of these to mount under the rear bumper of a toyota tacoma and toyota four runner to light the rear of my vehicles while backing up because my window tint is very dark and its hard for me to c at night. I drilled a 17/64 hole in my reciever hitch and tapped the hole and bolted the light upside down. Also bought mictuning single lead wiring harness with switch to power each light. One of the main reasons i chose this light over the cheaper ones on amazon is because these lights r waterproof to 3 meters, the cheaper lights had alot of bad reviews about condensation inside the lens even though they were "supposed" to b waterproof as well.
