I do a lot of cooking that call for small quantities of spices. I use these to do the prep so once the cooking begins, everything is ready to go. They hold up to 2 Tbsp. of dry ingredients. They store well. They are light weight and they look great. I use these daily and they have gone through the dishwasher many times without showing any signs of wear.
