Smart Ink Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 902 XL 902XL (4 Combo Pack) to use with Officejet Pro 6978 6968 6974 6975 6960 Officejet 6951 6954 6956 6958 Printers

I purchased Smart Ink 4 pack as a replacement for my HP 902 ink cartridges. The directions to install the replacement cartridges was extremely helpful in avoiding any HP FW issues. Upon installation, the black cartridge worked as expected, but there were issues with the colored ink cartridges. I contacted Smart Ink and they expedited a replacement Ink 4 Pack. I have installed the replacement color cartridges and the issues with the color cartridges are resolved. I appreciate the quick response by Anna and the Smart Ink Team in quickly resolving my issues.

My initial review was not very nice because the product was missing a chip that made the cartridges non usable, but the company read the review and corrected their mistake. Cartridge was no longer compatible (I had ordered a 2-pack, and the first one worked fine) Customer service was easy to contact using their chat option. We did a quick walkthrough to try to fix it since an update on my printer prevented the cartridge from working. When that didn't work, and replacement was offered. The delivery of the replacement was quick, and the new cartridge works fine.

I was cautiously optimistic. When the toner cartridges arrived, my printer wouldn’t accept them. I called the number provided, and replacement toners were dispatched promptly. After setting up the new toners, everything worked perfectly—perhaps even better than the original HP toners. The colors are vibrant and spot-on. Four stars, as I had to call to get things in motion.

The service is fantstic. When .my order arrived, the color cartridges would not print. I called the 24/7 service number and went through thetroubleshooting steps over the phone without success. Smart Ink had new cartridges sent to me the next day. Everything is working fine now. Just like new. This is a great company with quality products.

Had an issue with the HP Printer blocking the cartridges - reached out to support, and Ben from their support group sent me a link that resolved the issue under 10 minutes! Good printing quality and at an affordable price -with excellent support!

These cartridges worked great for several months. Then I got a message on my printer that non-hp chips were detected and the printer would not print. I contacted customer service for the cartridges. They thought the problem was caused by an automatic update to the printer software. They told me how to turn off the automatic updates, and the sent me a whole new set of cartridges which arrived within 2 days. The printer has been working great since the new cartridges were installed.

I got the Non-HP chip message that blocked my use of the smart ink cartridges. I'll be honest. It was a hour and a half working through the problems that the HP app and my McAfee protection threw at me to try and force me to use HP ink. I don't like being "forced" to do anything so with the help of the courteous, kind, knowledgeable and patient staff of Smart Ink, I persevered and got the block disabled. HP cartridges would have cost me $174. Smark Ink cost me $37. It was worth my time to save $137. Thank you to all the Smart Ink Staff!
