Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 902 XL 902XL (4 Combo Pack) to use with Officejet Pro 6978 6968 6974 6975 6960 Officejet 6951 6954 6956 6958 Printers

I purchased Smart Ink 4 pack as a replacement for my HP 902 ink cartridges. The directions to install the replacement cartridges was extremely helpful in avoiding any HP FW issues. Upon installation, the black cartridge worked as expected, but there were issues with the colored ink cartridges. I contacted Smart Ink and they expedited a replacement Ink 4 Pack. I have installed the replacement color cartridges and the issues with the color cartridges are resolved. I appreciate the quick response by Anna and the Smart Ink Team in quickly resolving my issues.

This company is seriously one of the best with customer service. I can't say enough about them. I spoke to a real live sweet girl within a minute of calling. I had originally ordered the cartridges and then didn't use them for quite some time...too long to admit. Then they wouldn't work in my printer. On the off chance, I called to see if they could help me and they immediately sent a whole new pack within 2 days. The new pack works perfectly and the color is fantastic.

These cartridges worked great for several months. Then I got a message on my printer that non-hp chips were detected and the printer would not print. I contacted customer service for the cartridges. They thought the problem was caused by an automatic update to the printer software. They told me how to turn off the automatic updates, and the sent me a whole new set of cartridges which arrived within 2 days. The printer has been working great since the new cartridges were installed.

The print quality is pretty good, but for the price difference and what I need it for, these cartridges work fine. Beware, HP updates the firmware now and then to identify and block 3rd Party cartridges. This happened to me. I contacted the Smart Ink customer support, and they were able to resolve my issue and get me printing in less than 5 minutes. If you're going to use Non-HP Ink, these guys are great.

Works well. It may not be compatible with the printer with new updates, but their online support helped resolve that quickly.

Good product. The chips may not work on your HP printer without swapping the chips with HP chips. There may be a way around this, but I have not figured it out as yet.

Had an issue with one of the cartridges they shipped a replacement out and I received it the next day. Overall a good quality print at a low cost. Excellent customer support.

Most important thing is that Smart Ink has the best customer service. When I first received the ink I did do as it stated. I made sure my printer did not have the firmware on. The color cartridge went in great but the black I had a little problem but in finally went it. I really think this was user error. Of course it read that my cartridges were not hp chip and so I pressed ok and continued. I printed a page and the color came out great but the black was all smear. I called the Customer Service line and they had me go ahead and clean the printer head. I had to do this twice once done. The print came out beautiful. The Customer Service is the greatest and patient and will walk you through until you get it right so now I’m just going to see how long this ink last and I will definitely be buying in the future
