I cant blame the seller - i dont think - but for sure i can blame AMAZON LOGIC. Complete LIE, so much so that this LIE caused many codes on my car that now will not go away without $$$$ to dealer.I needed plugs for my 2019 Camry... so being the DIY person i am i asked AMAZON GARAGE to identify plugs for the car. (no - i did not buy the cheapest) Plugs arrived, so i changed oil, filters and plugs. started car and walked inside to wash hands only to return to car loping."maybe it needs to idle for a few minutes", i said. NOPE"Maybe it needs to be driven around block", i said. NOPE...."maybe they arent gapped right", i said. NOPE"maybe i need to reset maintenance message", NOPE..."Maybe plugs are bad/wrong" YEP!!!They spark, they are gapped right, they are plugs that supposedly are for my car... but put old plugs in and engine runs fine. so plugs are NOT FOR A 2019 CAMRY!!!!! maybe they are for a toyota of another type - but NOT A CAMRY. SO, at the end of the day i have plugs i cannot send back, and about those codes.Well some how in this process of letting car run and completely beyond my ability to identify why... The LANE DEPARTURE and SECONDARY BRAKE systems have FAILED and are prompting for DEALER ONLY REPAIRS.... I have no clue what that is going to cost but im confident there are at least 3 zeros before the decimal attached to what ever number it is. And for those that would say it is unrelated... the car is well maintained and only reason i changed plugs is because no more warranty. and the LDS was working fine. Maybe it is a consequence of the engine not running properly with plugs and maybe you would say the same thing if it were your car. either way... DO NOT BUY THESE PLUGS FOR A TOYOTA. you may be the next to complain.

Ordered it for my sons Camry and installed it with no issues would recommend these spark plugs car runs smooth as butter lol. Happy with purchase.

My Toyota Prius Prime Touring 2017 is saving a lot of money

I wanted to order them for 6 month (as I was visting US) as they were around 10 dollar cheaper then here (mexico). The order came quickly and properly packed with seemingly everything looking ok.As I was just visiting US for few days I didn't got chance to review all the spark plug! I just took out one from the box and everything looked OK until I returned to Mexico(ready to install them). As soon as I opened them, I came to notice that two of the spark plug have actual spark tip missing! I checked the box thoroughly and couldn't find any metal tip within the box so my suspicion is they were broken during packaging in the factory or the seller left them intentionally!!!!I am right now working on getting a refund as its not possible for me to return them in near future as I am not visiting US soon. hopefully seller sees this comment and review all the inventory so that no one have to go through what I am going through now!
