Great, modern looking coffee mug!
Super sleek, great looking and feels like really nice quality. Not dishwasher safe. Which is fine because they are really easy to clean by hand.

New Favorite Mug
I love this mug. I've purchased several different styles of mugs over the last few months and I think this is exactly what I've been searching for but haven't found (until now). I love that it's double walled so it keeps my coffee warm but the mug itself stays cool to the touch. Note that it doesn't keep coffee as hot as an insulated mug with a lid (science) but I think it stays warm longer than with a traditional mug. I also love that it doesn't have a handle because I never hold my mugs by the handle anyway so it kinda just gets in the way. It also fits perfectly under the portafilter of my espresso machine (I only have to tilt it slightly to get it in there). Not all of my mugs fit well under it so this is a huge bonus for me. Also, it's sleek and attractive. If there's any drawback it's a tiny one... a little coffee drips down the side of the mug after I take a drink. I have some double wall glass mugs that do the same thing so maybe it's the thicker lip? Or maybe I'm just a sloppy coffee sipper? I also noticed a pool of condensation left by my mug of hot coffee when I picked it up off my desk. I don't think it's built up from the mug, I think it probably collected under the mug while it was on my espresso machine tray. Not a fault of the mug, however I haven't noticed this with any of my other traditional mugs. Easy fix, I'll just use a coaster when at my desk. It's a little pricy but I'll most likely order a few more for guests (and so I don't have to drink out of the exact same mug every morning). I kinda feel sorry for the rest of my mugs because I likely won't use them again.

Very nice? Well, TBD…
These mugs look 95% as good at they do in the product photos. From an aesthetics and function standpoint, I give them 5 stars. However, I noticed the packaging photos, included a picture of the mugs filled with coffee and a cocktail umbrella stuck in it and a fruit wedge tucked on the opposite side of the rim. This “unorthodox” presentation of a coffee drink made me suspicious that the mugs might have been manufactured by people who don’t actually drink coffee (or worse, who actually drink coffee with a slice of fruit and a cocktail umbrella in their coffee). Either way, the photo raised my suspicions and I checked the manufacturing location. Sure enough, made in China. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of high quality products made in China, but the stereotype is not born out of thin air. Armed with this knowledge, I examined the product more closely and the copper base now felt more hollow and somewhat precarious, like it could fall out after a few uses. Now, let’s talk about the negatives… J ust kidding, this is a nice mug, a bit overpriced at $50 for both the 11oz and 6.5oz bundle after closer inspection of the build quality. All that said, it looks nice enough and feels solid in the hand and the double wall insulation does keep the drink warmer longer compare to a regular ceramic mug. The copper base is a nice visual touch, but it does prevent me from adding some milk and heating it up in the microwave before adding the coffee in. It does say it is dishwasher safe. After a couple uses, the coffee washed off easily without residue or stains on the nice white ceramic.

Sexy expensive coffee mug sez you've "arrived"
I use it and love it, though it's expensive. Copper bottom is sexy. Can't remember if it's dishwasher safe, but easy to hand-wash in any case. It just feels good in my stubby hand! It claims to be double-wall; muy bueno for that. But I use an electric mug warmer, which arguably means I don't need such a sexy coffee mug. Hmmm.

Stylish & Too Tall
These things look and feel great. I’ve noticed that if you use the dishwasher to clean them, water gets trapped in the cap underneath. I usually microwave my mug in the morning for about 60 seconds to get a nice and hot anyway so I think the water trapped in they’re actually turns to steam and heats things up even more, which is not a problem really. My only real complaint is that the height of these cups with a scale underneath does not fit under most espresso machines. I have to put mine off to the side by about 3/4 of an inch in order for it to not be interfering with the group head on my espresso machine. I have a really slim scale too that I don’t see how there’s much a way around it. So definitely check your clearance before you order them.

The product is good.
This product is a little less durable, but it's good for a variety of uses carefully.

Aesthetics > Substance
Nice looking mug, but it cracked within weeks from light usage. Never cleaned in dishwasher or dropped— it simply started cracking just beneath the lip. Mug also barely kept the coffee warm for more than minutes— I had questions about its integrity from the first cold sip. Pass on this, as the looks aren’t commensurate with the lack of functionality.

not for dish washer, hand wash
If you need a coffee cup with a finger loop, these are not for you. but if you've spent 2000 to 3000 dollars on an espresso machine and love lattes, then you should buy these, they have a cool factor plus they keep your latte hot and your hands just at the right temp. while your enjoying you pulled espresso, YUM, they are ceramic, don't drop them into a cast iron sink, they won't survive that in one piece, but are sturdy for everyday use. Try a couple, you won't be disappointed, I wasn't

As others already have mentioned - the "copper" base isn't actually copper. It's not even a metal plate, it's a thin sheet of metal wrapped around something that sits underneath, and that metal isn't copper. As a result it feels and sounds plasticky. Worse than that - I've ordered 2 mugs expecting a matching pair. What arrived is anything but. "Copper" base tint is different, noticeable to the naked eye. When it comes to ceramic itself - it's also noticeably different, one of the mugs has a noticeable yellow tint while the other one doesn't, so while one of them looks "almost white" the other one is closer to "ivory" with a yellow tint. Fun things don't end there - mugs aren't even the same height, "copper" bases are not the same height either, and this base-plate is actually skewed on one of the cups as can be seen on photos. Overall - extremely unhappy with this, for the price I expected to get AT LEAST decent quality control, what I got is worse than most things you can order from China. upd: after less than a month of use one of the mugs already has a hairline fracture inside, avoid these.

The mug is nice enough to drink from, but I've been unimpressed with the level of quality. One broke in transit, but this I can accept given how far it traveled. Maybe it would have survived better if it had a little more padding inside the delivery box. The other one has been sparingly used, as the "Not dishwasher safe" instruction on their website and the leaflet has put me off. Despite this, I can now after merely a few months of use see clear discolouration along the outside and cracks beginning to appear. It has not been harshly handed, hand wash instructions followed, and yet here we are. You can get much better mugs for the price.

I like it a lot, it's different to all those double walled coffee glasses and gives you a equal or better experience drinking the coffee. My only regret is, for the money I paid ££££ I expected two mugs not one. Please be aware of this.
