They are a good all around boot. Run a little large. I wear 11 in NB and nike shoes. 10.5 in most boots. These boots i have a 10 and may have been able to wear a 9.5. They are indeed waterproof. These boots will be my go to boots until I retire. I bought an 11.5 and they fit perfect, I usually wear 11.5 or 12. The insoles are ok I usually replace them with ones with a high arch. They are a nice soft leather that need Zero break in time, they are ready to go straight out of the box. And the most important thing for me based on my job because I’m inside the kitchens at the restaurants I deliver to, Is the amazing oil and water slip resistant soles. Out of the box the soles are good but after a week or so of wearing them down a little the grip increases and dang watch out. I have power walked thru grease and oil while having a stack of food on my dolly and it was like walking on dry concrete. These boots are amazing, I highly recommend these to anybody especially in delivery for restaurants. I’m on my 3rd pair and they usually last me about 2.5 yrs because I do walk on pavement a whole lot. So yeah these boots are well worth the price. 👍👍. I was wearing Red Wings before and they were lasting me 2yrs and a whopping $235 before tax!
