Where do i get the usb driver for this device. it is not recognized in win10

The driver is in the arduino installation, driver-atmel-bundle-7.0.888.exe, make sure the target device is powered before programming via the Arduino IDE, Studio 7. Another good affordable programmer is the ATMEL ICE, which can also be used in MPLAB X for AVR and SAM controllers
