I have persistent genetic sinus problems. The same stuffy nose, sinus headache type problems some of my siblings have. This salt/soda sinus rinse really works. I've used this a lot. Most times I've used this I can see the gunk that washes out of my sinus cavity. Not a pretty picture, however, after the wash water clears the sinus cavity I can breath So Much Better. And studies have show that merchant marine sailors exposed to salt air have a much lower incident rate of illness compared to land lubbers. After using, I bend over, tilt my head from one side to the other to clear the wash water from my sinus. Once I get the water out I can breath through my nose and any sinus pressure is gone. DO NOT USE if you cannot breath through your nose or you may overpressure your ears.

This is so nice to have on hand - I don't have to get a measuring spoon out and work so hard to dissolve the salt - this is perfect and easy and affordable. It makes using the netti pot (usually a hassle) much more attractive!

Excellent product for congestion and after nasal surgeries. I especially love flushing my nose after doing yard work you can imagine the stuff that comes out of your nose after. Fan for life
