This will not work with the 2nd gen iPad Pro. Only the third and forth gen that have the USB-C connector.

Where can I download the driver for this? not working without the driver

Same here. I get good status lights but it will not connect to the internet. I have others that will as simple plug and play but this is definitely not. DHCP with manual IP address does not work. Manual configuration does not work. Sending it back, evidently.
