Good value with some benefit.
Will give you energy if used as directed. You can start slow if you don't know how it will affect you, but for me negligible. It may not work noticeably for everyone. Good value, and I take it for the benefits with heart condition.

can effect your blood sugar
I took these for about 6 months, I thought they gave me a little more energy but I had to quit when I had bloodwork done at a doctor visit and my A1C was pre-diabetic level. I had never had that kind of issue before and did some research and found that D Ribose can affect this. So I think this is a good product, but use with caution. I was only taking 1capsules twice a day. I did quit taking them, and will recheck my blood sugar in a few months.

More energy
I have more energy since starting D Ribose. For me the capsule form is easier to take as well as it is more convenient. On a plus side D Ribose is said to be beneficial for cardiac muscle as well.
