Genuine Subaru 2014-2018 Forester Sunshade - SOA3992022

Sunshade fits fine in my 2014 Forester. It does have a bit of space around the rearview mirror (essentially, it does not cover the part of the windshield where the windshield itself has the black dotting). But as the shade came with a sticker warning the user not to damage the Eyesight cameras (which are on the rearview mirror on models that have that option), having enough space for that just makes sense (my Forester does not have the Eyesight option, so I'm not sure). As to the previous reviewers' complaints of the shade being too short, the height of mine was perfect. Perhaps they were sent the 2013 shade instead? Regardless, the accordion pleats make it pretty easy to fold up, and it comes with a fairly nice case (black) to slide it back in so it's not flopping around as you drive. And most important, the first day I used it I came out from work having left the car to bake in the sun all day, and as soon as I opened the door I could tell the difference in temperature. Significantly cooler with the shade than without it.

Subaru Genuine SOA3991700 Sunshade, 1 Pack Honestly you won't find a higher quality sunshade for any Subaru with Eyesight. It is a hard, foldable board made with quality material and comes with a carrying case. The gap around the Eyesight camera is a bit larger than what I would have wanted, but otherwise it fits nicely. I park my Forester in the sun quite often and this keeps it significantly cooler and protects the entire dashboard. I previously bought a generic rolling shade and it started to wrinkle and fold in within two weeks of use. Since this is a hard board that doesn't have that foil-type reflective material it won't wrinkle or shrink into itself after long exposure to the sun.

Fits my 2018 Forester with eyesight perfectly! Great quality. Not flimsy. Very sturdy & thick. I haven't used yet, however am positive with our 100 degree plus summer, I feel confident my car will stay cool. Great price, far lower than any local dealership. Has a very sturdy storage bag/sleeve, I ordered on Thursday, received on Monday, wow! Highly recommend.

Quality is great, fits perfect and does keep the sun out BUT it's cumbersome to open and close and it needs to be stored in the back because it takes up too much room.

I love this shade. It is a perfect fit for my 2017 Forester with eyesight Easy to install just a tad bulky to remove. You might hit your passenger if not careful. The shiny side does get pretty hot so be careful when you remove it. However. The interior and especially the steering wheel is so much more comfortable when the shade is used. We live in the very hot and humid south. I could not have a car without some type is shade. This one is grans

Do NOT expect this shade to fit a forester. It is too small. Lacks at least 2 inches in width and 3-4 inches in height. It's a very sloppy fit and has a somewhat dull finish. The space for "Eyesight" is ok but don't buy it if you do not have "Eyesight" because it leaves a large portion of the area around the mirror uncovered. I'm very disappointed and would like to return it but I threw away the box. I made the wrong assumption that Subaru OEM parts would fit properly. Live and learn. Better to go to an auto store, pay $10 and cut it yourself.

This is a nice sunshade and fits my 2017 Subaru Forester perfectly. It makes a difference in the internal temperature of the vehicle when it is parked in the sun. It is rather large and bulky to use all the time, but if I leave my car parked at the house for extended periods of time I will place this in the dash.

Fits very well in my '15 Forester. Materials are high quality, it looks great, and the black soft case it comes with is a nice touch to keep it hidden when not in use. Would definitely recommend!
