With standard taper male joint at bottom fit an interchangeable female joint. The 10mm hose connection is straight at top, which can accommodate a 8mm I. D. rubber tubing. This flow control adapter is used to control or regulate the flow of gases into a reaction system. For example, for reflux performed under an inert atmosphere, this adapter can be placed at the top of the reflux condenser and connected to the inert gas supply system .
