If the usual cheap iron tablets (ferrous sulfate) are not doing the job, or are difficult for your gut to tolerate or absorb, this "gentle" iron formulation may be a good alternative to try. These iron supplements are gentle on the digestive system, no ill taste capsules and easy to swallow. They are just as described, received on time and well packaged. Thus far no issues of upset stomach or constipation, hopefully it’s correcting the anemia it’s being taken for.
