You have to hard wire it to the brake lights.

Do they make fender liners that fit these fenders for a 2014 4 door wrangler?

Any JK aftermarket fender liners will fit

No clue, they look awesome on my wife’s jeep, but you have to cut the fenders and add better hardware, there a pain in the rear to install. For the price it was worth it
