You will never get that tile off again but yeah it will work, has very good water resistance

Has anyone used this to bond wood to metal? I'm needing to re-glue a metal piece to the bottom of a drawer. The drawer slides on that metal piece.

Yes, this product will bond the drawer slide to the bottom of the drawer. Make sure both surfaces are clean before applying.

Can I use this to mount metal name plate to the wood panel?

Yes it adhears and holds just about anything together. Does seem to be pretty water proof and holds stronger then about anything out there. Hands down strongest non mix epoxy I've ever found.

Has anyone used this to bond concrete to concrete? I have a hunk of concrete chipped off my steps.

I used it for small 3 row paver wall concrete to concrete seems to be holding from shifting or falling only time came apart when hit with ride on mower cleaned and reapplied holding fine for me
