I’ve used this product for years. I like that it’s ingredients are safe and that it does the job it’s supposed to do.

I was hoping to get the strongest 'firm' hold, as shown in the advertisement photos on the back side of the product, with a scale of soft to firm. I received the 3rd strongest hold. Giovanni is a nice product, and I received it in good condition and quickly. I just wanted the stronger product.
