Protein and taste!
We love the taste and texture of these. They do NOT break apart as many bean pasta. It may not be for everyone as they are a bit chewy but we like like it that way. And hey, so much plant protein!

Very nice
I liked how quick it cooked, it tasted very nice, yummy in fact. I had to go on a low carb diet, so I tried the back bean spaghetti, I'm pleased I did

Easy protein
Easy way to get in lots of protein but low carbs. Not got much of a taste and easy to cook. Comes out very thin and I found it clumped together after cooking and was quite wet after draining.

This was lovely. Great substitute for regular pasta but fun as well because of the colour. Cooking time was as it says on the packet

Earthy!
My first time with this spaghetti in an effort to be healthy... it does take a lot of getting use to because its very 'earthy' tasting - doesn't quite cook like standard spaghetti. I did make some arriabatta sauce and it tasked ok with that nice and strong taste which evened out the earthy taste - but not sure how often I will buy them.

Unless you like extremely bland taste and chewing cardboard, do not order. Very expensive item too .
