I bought the LARGE size belt and it fits perfect. There is extra length and it stretches so If you are a 35 to 37 pant size I'd still recommend the Large. 3) This belt is light weight and not bulky. It rides about an inch or 2 lower than your pant waist /belt line and no one can notice that you are wearing it under regular pants or shorts. I have not tried it with jeans. 4) It's well made. Easy to adjust for many thigh widths. Very comfortable to wear all day. 5) It's a difficult to pee standing up but the whole unit slides up and down easily without undoing the waist strap if you just drop it with your underwear to sit down. This Truss has been a life saver for me as it relieved my fears of walking stairs or doing most normal activity. A few times I didn't wear it in the morning and I could feel the hernia bulging. When I pit it back on the pain disappeared and the bulge stayed down. I did not wear it when sleeping. It has allowed me to exercise vigorously without the burning sensation I felt when exercising without it. I am even able to play hockey with it on. It does not fit well under clothing so you need to wear a loose fitting top or coat if you want to cover it from view.
