Under Armour Men's Original Skull Wrap

I'm a 7 5/8 Hat Size Western and Fitted (Irish Flat Caps, Pennsylvania Wool Hunting Caps ). I shave my head or have light buzz when I need to shave my head. And I'm not wearing this under hats or helmets. That said, this fits perfectly without feeling like I'm cutting off circulation. But I'm also not feeling like I'm wearing something that might slide off. The fabric is thin enough. If you're a 7"+ Western or Fitted Hat size, you should be good with this model . Why did you pick this product vs others?: QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS. Most skull caps sold online are hit-or-miss. They're either too tight, dont come down far enough. They might have a bizarre factory chemical smell. They'll often be sized for Asian males, so they'll look weird on the heads of American and Canadian males. With competitors, You never REALLY know what you're getting until you get it. This UA product fits, and looks on point for American Males. After buying 10 or so competitor skull caps, this is the only one I'd wear out to the gym, under hats, to the store, etc.

The material is nice love it I just wish they would have put it in the mailbox too many porch pirates

I'm an adult male and the hair up top has almost.. disappeared! I'm not big on hair and I'll never consider even for a moment hair replacement or wigs (God forbid !) I prefer the clean 'Captain Jean Luke Picard' look (for the Trekkies out there!) so for many years now I get very short crew cuts. Under the hot bright sun if my head is hat less, it soon burns and looks close to a ripe tomato! The pain and discomfort is part of the whole deal of course, as you must have imagined. Did I mention already that I don't like sun screens either?.. I can't stand this oily feel on my skin, esp. on my face let alone that recent research claims that these products do more damage than the sun alone, as far as skin cancer is concerned. I scuba dive. I've lost on the dive boat my share of baseball hats due to the wind, they fell into the sea and bye bye hat. So I tend to be hat less on the dive boat under the hot bright Caribbean sun. Add hours of snorkeling too in the equation and my head is burning literally by the second day of my dive vacation and looks like a piece of hot lava! Other divers commend that I must seek medical treatment for 3rd degree burns! All this until one day I saw another fellow diver on the boat wearing a similar skull hat and gave me the idea to try it. Why I haven't thought of that before beats me... After some research and reviews reading on Amazon I purchased a couple of skull hats, among them this one. No matter how silly it may sound, I must tell you that this is one of my best buys ever. Head burning problem during my dive trips these days is a thing of the past. The hat offers excellent protection from the UV rays, no more pain or discomfort. It is a very comfortable and tight enough fit above and under water. After my dive day I rinse it with fresh water, it dries overnight and is ready for service the next day. I've brought this very hat to two dive weekly trips, used it daily and looks like new.

First of all, the product seems to be of high quality. Nice materials, good stitching, breathes well and is pretty comfortable. The biggest negative is the seller states the figment is above the ears which is what I want. Sure, you can put the elastic portion above your ears but if you want the top portion to be snug on your head it fits like a winter beanie completely covering my ears. I bought this to wear under my motorcycle helmet to tame my mop but I also wear prescription glasses while wearing said helmet. I either have to pull the skullcap down to keep my hair flat but suffer with my glasses not being able to sit over my ears or being able to wear my glasses as they are designed thus defeating the purpose of even buying this skullcap. People who can have the elastic above their ears and not have excess room in the top portion of the cap must have some giant bobble head like heads or A LOT of hair. If you want the skullcap to cover your ears, this is an awesome option. I, however, must keep looking.
