These pads are a ‘must have’ for motorcyclists. Think about how many PSI your kickstand puts on any surface ( 1,000 psi ???? ). If that surface now becomes hot blacktop or dirt which will soften during rain your kickstand may start to sink. Using these very inexpensive pads now decrease the tremendous weight the kickstand now places on any surface.

This is the second time I have ordered this. I lost the old one. It fits nicely in my handlebar bag, is durable, and is easy to use.

So most of the videos show the rider putting the kickstand down, getting off the bike, then putting the pad on the ground and sliding it under the kickstand. All well and good, but what if the ground is so soft that the kickstand won't hold the bike up while the rider gets off? I was recently in this situation and fortunately, I had the pad easily accessible. I dropped it on the ground while still on the bike and luckily it landed close enough to the kickstand (although upside down-it still worked) that I could get the bike lined up and on the pad. Problem solved and disaster averted. Now, how to pick up the pad before riding off into the sunset? I can't pick it up while off the bike because, again, the bike won't stand on the kickstand on the soft ground and I can't reach down and pick up the pad without me and the bike falling over. In this instance, I just rode off without it (and now I will buy another). There is a hole in the pad so I'm thinking I will tie a string on it so that I can pull it up once I'm on the bike. This is a good product, but it does take a little thought on how to use it if you're riding solo on a big bike.

Very design fir motorcycle stand

I don't know why I waited so long to get something like this for my bike. I've laid down my motorcycle more than once because of the surface I was parking on (I know, I should have learned the first time). I'll never have to worry about that again. This little guy saves the day. It really is a simple design. It's heavy duty so don't worry about breakage. Don't be fooled by the picture, this is not a flimsy piece of plastic at all. It really has some heft to it. In fact it almost tore through the package it was shipped in. It has groves to catch your side stand so don't worry about sliding. Now when you park your bike this pad will stabilize your bike on just about any surface from loose gravel to hot, gooey asphalt. I highly recommend this pad for every biker out there. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Great product! I’ve had these now for a few years and have used them on everything from soft gravel/sand to mud and grass. I’ve used them for both my Victory Gunner and my CBR1100XX Super Blackbird and have never had any issues. The bright orange makes it hard to forget to pick it up. I highly recommend this product.

nice strong product well thought out well made as they say the simplest ideas are always the best. proper colour so it can be seen in all conditions and a nice touch with the lanyard hole in the end so you can attach a small cord or even a coiled disc lock reminder to it helps with retrieving it if you have a back problem so you dont forget it. well packed and arrived very fast most impressed would recommend to all bikers. nice one thanks again.
