NEUTRAL AND HOT WERE REVERSED. TRACED WIRES BACK TO UNIT WERE IT WAS FOUND THAT THE N TERMINAL WAS 120V AND THE 120V LINE WAS NEUTRAL.THATS A LITTLE DANGEROUS. It is not hard wired and has no outlets and you have to take it to a specialist to have that done. I own the 1000 watt Seyas transformer which I love so when I needed a 2000 watt one, I went to Seyas again. Highly disappointing as I had to go through the hassle of returning this thing. Do not buy unless you plan on wiring this thing yourself. I went back to read the description again and look at the images and I am fairly certain that was not in the title when I purchased it. They now have added it because I take it many people have ordered it like I have and realized it's not hard wired and has no outlets.
