This tool ensures the accurate alignment of a telescope, even when the pole star is obscured. There are large levers on the quick-lock drive engagement system; these large levers make it easy to snap the gears into place. The SkyGuiderTM Pro is certainly a must have tool for any photographer interested in astroscape or wide field astrophotography. Review: Seems great, BUT - Actual product seems well made. But the software is a problem unless you are ok with taking your android computer (won't work on cell phones) into the field to operate it. I very read and reread the instructions and product docs. The problem is not obvious until you start to set the system up. The only hint that there is a problem is that on their download pages they have no Apple exe files, just Android. Customer service guy not even helpful. Review: Significantly not as described - Item was opened, but sold as new. ## Features - Full package, with all accessories and padded carry bag, without tripod - All metal mechanical structure - Payload 11 lbs (5kg) (balanced, with DEC mounting bracket, exclude CW) - iPolarTM electronic polar scope (installed) - One Year Limited Warranty (90 day on battery) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07SC4Z1DC | | Additional Features | Integrated iPolar Electronic Polar Finder | | Best Sellers Rank | #97 in Telescope Guiders & Wedges | | Brand | iOptron | | Compatible Devices | Camera | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 17 Reviews | | Finderscope | iPolar Electronic Polar Scope | | Focus Type | Manual Focus | | Manufacturer | iOptron | | Manufacturer Part Number | 3550A | | Model Name | SkyGuider Pro | | Mount | Altazimuth Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Power Source | Rechargeable Battery | | Telescope Mount Description | Altazimuth Mount | | UPC | 758277663915 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** iOptron - **Compatible Devices:** Camera - **Finderscope:** iPolar Electronic Polar Scope - **Focus Type:** Manual Focus - **Manufacturer:** iOptron - **Model Name:** SkyGuider Pro - **Power Source:** Rechargeable Battery - **Special Feature:** Integrated iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - **Telescope Mount Description:** Altazimuth Mount - **UPC:** 758277663915 ## Images ![SkyGuider Pro Camera Mount with iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/3178vKLmPRL.jpg) ![SkyGuider Pro Camera Mount with iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41DO1PThhgL.jpg) ![SkyGuider Pro Camera Mount with iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51r2avDXncL.jpg) ![SkyGuider Pro Camera Mount with iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31Eg33MNbZL.jpg) ![SkyGuider Pro Camera Mount with iPolar Electronic Polar Finder - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31GbHlg6wgL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does the ipolar electronic polar finder come already assembled into the mount head?** A: Yes it is pre-installed in the mount.
