No. If anything, feels slightly cool and refreshing to me. Never stung, even on raw or broken skin.

Yes I use it daily after a shower. I apply it on a cotton pad and wipe my face . I sleep with it on. I never rinse it. I even wipe my face in the morning after I wash it. It really helps with acne inflammation

Can this be used as make up remover ?

I wouldn't use this just for make up removal. Use a actually makeup remover then use this to remove what you don't get with a make up remover.
