Works for me.
I've tried a lot of natural sleep aids and they don't keep me asleep for the night. This does. Unisom doesn't work - same ingredients and more expensive. Melatonin doesn't help me.

Only ones that work for me....
These are the only otc sleep meds that help me sleep (2/night) even if it does take quite a while for them to kick in for me and these don't cause me to feel foggy in the mind in the morning like other otc sleep meds have made me feel.

Effective without next-day grogginess.
I’ve tried a lot of different sleep aids and this is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t have that groggy/hung over effect in the morning. Typically take it 1.5-2 hours before bed time and I can sleep though the whole night which wouldn’t be possible otherwise.

Thank goodness for Sominex!
I can't function without sleep. When the doctor took me off Ambien, I began Sominex. It took a couple of nights to build but it's worked fine for the four years since then. I easily wake up in the mornings with no grogginess.

The picture on box says tablets. That is what i wanted. Not caplets.

Sominex is the best over-the-counter sleep aid available for me. I sleep well and don't feel ill effects upon wakening the following morning.
