Cool Water Eau de Toilette – Aromatic Men's Cologne – With Notes of Coriander, Mint, Lavender & Amber – Long Lasting Fragrance

It’s such a classic for a reason—it has that super clean, "just got out of the shower" scent that isn't too heavy or cloying. The mint and lavender notes give it a really crisp opening, and the dry down is a nice, subtle amber that lasts way longer than I expected for an EDT. It’s my go-to for daily wear because it’s fresh enough for the office but still holds up for a night out. If you’re looking for a reliable, aromatic cologne that smells masculine without being overpowering, you really can't go wrong with this one. It’s definitely a staple that everyone should have in their rotation.

Great conditions

Haven't been too much a fan of aquatic blue scents. But this one smells more masculine than most I've smelt its definitely worth it. Though I did buy mine on prime day for 50$(2.5floz) its worth it to buy the 3.4 on full price for sure dont skip on it

I only bought this because of all the great things I hear, and its reported resemblance to Creed's Green Irish Tweed (which I can't afford). The first time I smelled this stuff in a department store, I was instantly turned off from the sharp, heavy floral scent, but don't let that turn you away. My guess is that is has to be that sharp in order to project the mellow, watery fragrance that is intended when it mixes with the air. Try spraying some on your wrist then putting your wrist in front of a fan, and smell the air that comes off. This gives you a good idea about how you smell to others. Apply conservatively, 3 sprays at the most. Done right, this cologne gives off a cool, fresh, masculine, aquatic, green scent that will have people thinking you sh*t sunshine and definitely lives up to its name "Cool Water". Apply too much and you'll be smelling like a bathroom air freshener and you will really offend people. As I said, a concentrated whiff of this stuff does not have a particularly pleasant smell and can be headache inducing. Longevity is average, 5 hours at the most. Sillage and projection is impressive! People WILL smell you when you wear this, so again, apply conservatively. I can't stress that enough. Also this cologne mixes great with my sweat! Many men do not care much for this cologne, but I've read it drives women crazy (I have yet to test this). It's inexpensive and has well earned its place in my collection. Thanks for reading

My wife’s favorite scent

I have been a Cool Water Edt spray user for many years. After reading reviews about this product, I originally decided not to buy it because of the many negative reviews. I went to Macy's where I normally purchase Cool Water and bought 4.2 oz for $72 ($17.14 per oz). I also wanted to get a smaller bottle that I could take on an airplane but Macy's did not have the smaller sizes. At that point, I decided to purchase the 2.5 oz bottle from the Amazon vendor, BSD Fragrances for about $26 ($10.40 per oz). When I received the Amazon order, I applied my Macy's bottle on one arm and the Amazon product on the other arm. I thought that the alcohol smell seemed a little stronger than my Macy's product but that dissipated within a minute. From that point on, the two fragrances smelled identically and both lasted for over 6 hours. My conclusion is that the Amazon vendor's product was in fact, Davidoff Cool Water at a very reasonable price. I would buy this product from BSD Fragrances again.
