Overall, my experience with technical support and manual needed. With 35 years of service installing alarms, I do " not" recommend this name brand. They are not quality nor reliable but somehow shipped with quality Inspection to fail after installation. Instead, stick to the well known name brands that have already been in the market with reputations. This Easyguard model after installation didn't respond to remote commands instead it had its own without any control from the remote. Therefore safe the headache of time and money to get quality.

La alarma funciona sin ningún problema la entrada sin llave es Genial, lo instalación fue sencilla para personas que conocen el tema el soporte fue muy bueno tenía una duda y me fue despejado los seguros se cierran solo cuando enciendes y pisas el freno de pie esa opción me encantó volvería a pedir otro después de ponerlo a prueba durante 3 meses

I would say that my product arrived b4 the expected date. Not only that after when I send the item to a electrician they told me that it's not compatible for the car. I send the dealer a message to say that it's not compatible with my car and they gave back a full refund after returning back the items. That is very nice of the dealer and I would recommend everyone to purchase from them.

I am not satisfy with this product after 2 month I install it 1 remote is dead can’t charge it anymore and when I am in my car do some work the system lock the door and unlock every 10 second nonstop I don’t think this system will work 5 year specially with one remote if I lost it I need to remove the system.

ottimo e utile sistema di allarme, ... che ti trasmette al radicomando lo stato dell'auto, allarme e funzionamento... raggio di azione ampio..., unica negatività batterie al radicomando da caricare ogni due giorni... e il libretto istruzioni solo in inglese e poco dettagliato.... in definitiva ottimo allarme auto.

Très mauvais produit. Vous avez 25 secondes pour mettre le contact sinon elle se réactive sans cesse. Le pire est que la fonction qui l’active et la réactive quand vous quittez ou que vous vous approchez de la voiture vous vide la télécommande en quelques heures ! Vous ne pouvez plus la désactiver sauf à enlever le fusible. Mais quand vous remettez le fusible, elle est toujours active. Et quand la télécommande se vide complètement, elle ne se recharge plus et vous pouvez démonter et jeter l’alarme. En plus Easyguard méprise le client en disant qu’il y a qu’un an de garantie. Ils s’en fiche de la loi Européenne qui impose deux ans de garantie. Amazon devrait virer les Market places qui ne respecte pas cette loi. Une étoile car on ne peut pas mettre zéro…
