I bought this to help with my leg cramps because I wasn’t getting enough electrolytes. I had some blood work done and it showed that my electrolytes were good. So far, I have not had any leg cramps either. I would definitely recommend this.

Excellent way to get electrolyte replenish without sugars and artificial sweeteners. I take one before and one after hot yoga and I don’t have to take a nap after the class. Lol I actually feel energized! It’s a game changer.

These seem to be working well. I got these for my husband to try out. He works I a warehouse and for some reason refuses to drink water throughout the day so by the time he gets home he ends up getting these really massive, painful cramps in his legs once he is down and tried to get up again. Since taking these those cramps have stopped which is absolutely amazing! The only complaint I have heard from him about these is he has started having some rather stinky burps. I had the privilege to smell one of them and I have to say it was certainly something. I can't place what it really smelt like but it was strong and not the most pleasant lol. Also, if you have a hard time swallowing pills these ones may be a bit difficult seeing how they are a pretty big size. All in all he is happy with these and I will continue buying them once every 3 months or so for him. Since this virus has started he has been completely slammed at work and needs as much help as possible. These are definitely helping ease the pain.

These are my go to on hot summer days. Year round too. They are easy to take with some water to help them circulate in your body. I love that they have extra potassium too. I struggle to get enough daily. No smell or bad taste. No sugar. No discomfort taking them.

Newer product but I am sure it will thrive well. I live in Lasvegas and work outdoors and have some roofing coming up so I will put this to the test. Have already started taking I have taken alot of things over the years but this product is a step up from traditional heat stress tabs and I like it alot will drink water only with this to see how well it works. So far so good no foul taste easy to swallow clean bright product and bottle informative directions well done. Will review again in a few weeks. Ok I am back after lots of outdoor work and my verdict is this is the real deal . That said absorption is good I found product great. However while taking this product I recommend drinking WATER only and follow instructions I dosed 1tab every 1.5/2.0 Hrs. As you are working and sweating then mab61 more after inside. I emphasize water because I do not think drinking Powerdrinks with electrolytes and other vitamins and minerals and or combined with other supplements with this product may be too hard on system. So one or the other you know? Pick one and use it but make no mistake this product with water is all you need and more .One will prob .not find a sports drink with this much power this is serious stuff . Again always use caution and consult with your doctor if you have health problems. Usually any extra build up in system will pass through urine . But I really like this product and have had just about everything over the years being outside and working outside. Always employ many techniques to stay cool and ALIVE and for everyone study and know signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke this happens quickly and can cause severe health issues and or death so study up folks. This medication helps immensely with the muscle spasms/leg cramps I get at night.

I should have read the ingredient percentages. Too much sodium for me!
