I've been dealing with tennis elbow/tendinitis, and this TheraICE Elbow Ice Pack Compression Sleeve has been a total game changer. The compression feels great and the cold therapy really helps calm the pain and inflammation. What I love most about this brand is the design. you can actually move around and get things done while icing. I am not stuck on the couch holding an ice pack in place, which makes a huge difference for daily mom life. I am already a big fan of TheraICE and also own their ankle and knee ice packs, and they are just as amazing. Consistent quality, comfortable fit, and super effective. If you are dealing with elbow pain and want something that actually helps, I highly recommend this!

These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

Love that it’s squishy and has the option to warm it instead. It gets very cold in the freezer so fridge is definitely enough. Oddly enough, I warmed it up before bed then put it on a few hours later. It was ice cold and just sitting at room temp. No idea how that happened but I love that. The size run big. I ordered the small/medium and it slips down quite easily but I'm not using it for compression.

The coldness doesn’t last very long but it does make my elbow fell a little better. The small medium is almost too small for my little arms so I advise getting the larger option. The materials it is made from is tick and a high quality. It’s easy to use. Just slip the wrap on your arm and it fits snuggly. It feels supportive but on a little.

Very comfortable, well made stays in place and is helping my bad elbow, I have been in pain for about 6 months now just can't seem to get my arm to move any more without pain then I got this and it is helping me so much in 2 days I have more movement and less pain the compression is really nice.I will be a return customer for sure. it is the perfect fit as well, they have sizes you can choose from and that makes things so much easier.

Relieves the tennis elbow. Very cold sleeve. It doesn’t last long enough, but that was expected. Says it provides hot therapy as well, but no instructions for heating it. Heated in MW for 30 seconds, it was barely warm, heated another 30 seconds, it was just warm, heated another 30 seconds and it was somewhere between warm and hot therapy temp. It’s a nice cold/heat sleeve.

I have the ankle one of this brand and it's fantastic. Get's super cold and stays cold. This one for the elbow gets cold and stays cold about 15 minutes. I know that is a safety time for icing, no one wants more nerve damage from over icing, but that isn't long enough for me. I need at least 30 minute's of cold. If you put this in a deep freezer vs a regular freezer it gets much colder. It does only still stay cold about 15 minutes though. It stretches and fits arms of all lengths and widths. It is significantly better on cold than another brand we purchased. Just a little disappointed since the ankle one (which I also used on my elbow before buying the actual elbow one) gets so cold and stays cold for so long. It has already stretched out with a handful of uses. I'd recommend to size down since it stretches out with use. The ankle one does not do this...
