I've been dealing with tennis elbow/tendinitis, and this TheraICE Elbow Ice Pack Compression Sleeve has been a total game changer. The compression feels great and the cold therapy really helps calm the pain and inflammation. What I love most about this brand is the design. you can actually move around and get things done while icing. I am not stuck on the couch holding an ice pack in place, which makes a huge difference for daily mom life. I am already a big fan of TheraICE and also own their ankle and knee ice packs, and they are just as amazing. Consistent quality, comfortable fit, and super effective. If you are dealing with elbow pain and want something that actually helps, I highly recommend this!

These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

This really helped me with my “Golfer’s Elbow”. I like how cold it gets without thinking I’m going to get frostbite. I wear it for a bit then refreeze it for another wear. It’s comfortable, it flexes nicely so that you can do other things while it’s on, and fits well (I got the L/XL - perfect for this male). I’m starting to ween off of it now, but it is staying in my freezer for future needs.

This wrap has worked really well for my tennis elbow and provides good compression while keeping the ice pack securely in place. I usually wear it over a thin long-sleeve shirt, which makes it more comfortable during longer icing sessions. My only complaint is that after about three months of regular use, the fabric has started to loosen and show some wear. It still functions well and stays in place on my elbow, but I do question how long it will hold up over time. Overall, though, the product itself has been very effective and helpful for pain relief.

As a relatively thin woman with thinner arms I ordered the junior size and it was perfect. I ordered it due to tendonitis from working on a computer all day so I wear it a little lower, from my elbow to my wrist and it’s amazing. So cold it actually numbs my arm and I have to take breaks. While the cold doesn’t last a long time it is very intense and freezes back to ice cold temperature rather quickly.

Love this for my tennis elbow/ golfers elbow aches. It chills quickly and provides a nice all around cooling without holding an ice pack. It feels soft on my skin and squishy

Very comfortable, well made stays in place and is helping my bad elbow, I have been in pain for about 6 months now just can't seem to get my arm to move any more without pain then I got this and it is helping me so much in 2 days I have more movement and less pain the compression is really nice.I will be a return customer for sure. it is the perfect fit as well, they have sizes you can choose from and that makes things so much easier.

Very comfortable, feels high quality but doesn't stay cold very long.
