An Excellent Ghost Pepper Purรฉe
This is a great choice if you like the Ghost flavor and like real, natural heat. Great to mix in almost anything you that ya want to boost the heat in. This is much closer to pure Ghost Peppers than any ghost hot sauce. Is has a smooth texture and taste. And just the right amount of heat, imo. ..yes, I like it hot. But you prob do too if youโre buying this. In comparison/contrast, Magicโs reaper mash isnโt as smooth, is about twice the heat, and is full of seeds. That one is something I use when training my tolerance. This ghost purรฉe is what I like if I just want to sit back and enjoy the food.

Super Hot
My husband said I put did my self getting this pepper mash for him. He absolutely loves it. It is about the only sauce Iโve ever seen him say he canโt eat a lot of it at one time. The taste is great as wellโฆ

Great product for spicing up recipes
Thought I wrote a review of this product already. I use it in my jerky recipe for heat. I thought it would be hotter than Carolina Reaper but itโs somewhat less spicy. That aside, the flavor is there without the smokey taste.

Very very hot
Any bad review on here saying it is not hot is a liar. I grow the worlds hottest peppers and this stuff is gasoline hot! Delicious. Will never stop buying

Great for Hot Sauce!
I was very satisfied with this mash! It was a good flavor, packed a very spicy punch, and was great to use in making hot sauce. I used the whole jar for one batch and was able to make quite a bit of sauce out of it! Fair warning, if you do use the whole jar for one batch like I did, it takes quite a bit of other ingredients to lower the heat to a more tolerable level. While using whole ghost peppers works great too, they usually come in a brine which alters the flavor slightly. This is my choice when I want to get that pure and sweet Ghost Pepper flavor.

Great sauce very very hot
I love how it's thick and in a jar so you can spoon it out. I'm definitely putting this on my subscriptions!

This stuff is potent!
Phew, be careful with this! Unlike hot sauces, which are diluted with other ingredients alongside the peppers, this puree is pure ghost pepper. I put only around 1/8 of a teaspoon of it into my cup ramen and I was sweating. Because this is fermented, don't expect a fresh raw pepper sort of taste. It actually reminds me of sambal oelek for some reason, except obviously much, much hotter. This little jar seems pretty expensive but you really don't have to use much to detect it in your dishes.

Good, but did not work for me
So, with a not so prolific ghost pepper growing season, I thought I'd try a product like this to boost the heat level in my hot sauces. I really did not care for this - for my purposes - because there was a fermented flavor, which is not consistent (at all) with the recipe I make with fresh/frozen peppers. Was worth the try, but too far off. Also, heat level I was looking for, as a boost, was not at the intensity I expected it would be.
