Stopped working after a day. I followed all the instructions, charged 8 hrs before use and it worked great for 5 minutes. ( update ) - After a long wait i finally got my light back. It works fine now and have been using it for many months now. Guess i got a bad one from the supplier but company fixed. Good product now.

Couldn't charge.
Charger did not fit snugly enough to stay in place. Returned to seller, who took weeks to post refund. Big disappointment all around.

Some purchase info....
I purchased a couple of these on my last trip to the U.S. They seem to be a sturdy and capable device. Fairly solid, with easy to use controls. A couple of things for overseas customers; 1. The wall chargers are multi-voltage 110v - 240v. You just need an adaptor to convert the USA 2-pin plug to something local. 2. The prongs that deliver the shock are very "stealth", so it looks more like a flashlight, than a dual-flashlight-taser device. 3. The flashlight does not operate when in stun mode.

Got the flashlight and it won't charge. Can't return because of the type of equipment it is.
