Problems in Contract Law: Cases and Materials (Aspen Casebook Series) 7th Edition

i need it as a textbook and a pillow. it is great in explaining and combining precedents and theories, and the smell of the book can easily make me sleep in peace.

I wish there was an option to pay more for a better quality book. The book I received was WAY to highlighted and written in to be of any use.

Book had a ton of highlighting and writing. Cover is falling apart. But I suppose it's serviceable.

Very well written textbook, but do yourself a favor and buy the Casenotes Legal Briefs book keyed to this textbook.

I originally ordered the 8th ed from my school bookstore, but unfortunately, I was a month into classes and it had still not come in. My professor was getting mad at us, so I decided to go ahead and order a copy of the 7th edition because it was relatively inexpensive. Other than a few cases and chapter problems being different; there was not much else that had changed with the newer edition. The 7th edition that I ordered was in great condition, a little highlighting, but it actually helped more often than not, by bringing my attention to important parts.Over all the book can be a little dry at times, but if you go through it and actually read it carefully and answer all of the questions, it gives you a pretty good grasp over contract law. I would recommend a supplement or two to go along with it, to make it easier though.

It had some writing and highlighting but overall satisfied. Delivered on time.
