I dont often review items but I feel that I need to for this.I purchased 2 sets of the 3-bank switches for my living room that has a fan, a chandelier, and our fireplace, including a few lights. The product is great! Looking at them on the wall they look amazing and have really added a, sort-of sofistication to the area as well.I do not use Alexa but I do heavily use google, from school to work, everything of mine goes through google now. The integration was simple and my nerd side sort of got excited when it said I had 6 new devices to set up knowing I only paid $100.The install sucked, but that was situational. My wife and kids wanted to watch TV while I was wanting to get this done, so instad of being safe (smart) I went ahead with the thought of, "I will just be carefull"... and I paid for it! I was shoked anout 5 times in all. HahaOnce I finished the first bank of three (which took me 3 hours to install!) I was able to get the second one done in just under an hour. Mounting the swtches to the faceplate is by far the hardest part.

Works perfectly. I didn't use the supplied switch plate as the new one didn't fit the old switches well and I didn't want to replace all four.I connected them manually to a dedicated 2.4g network with no issues.The app is rather annoying with odd animated creatures appearing on the screen. I guess they think it's cute but it's just distracting and unprofessional looking.To the best of my knowledge they don't supply switches without covers, which is a shame. I wish they would.

Do not purchase if located in USA. It is not meant for heavy duty wires and will not fit in a standard wall box due to this. The screws stick out the far. The metal tabs are pain to break off and make no sense. Overall did not like this product at all. Used Tapo products instead and they work great. Much faster and easier install.

So first and foremost, once installed the product works great, looks great, and the switches are satisfyingly clicky.By no fault of the product itself, my install was not simple/easy and I am very handy. I've worked on my electrical panel, ran lines, installed outlets, installed an EV charger, etc, etc.The issue I ran into is that the knuckleheads who wired my house did not properly color code the internal wiring to where the switch was being installed. Not only were the standard color paths ignored, but every black wire was bundled together (2 reds and a black were not bundled and I assumed were hot... this was wrong). So before I could correctly install the switch I had to figure out what all of the wires in my particular outlet did (ie buy a multimeter and test everything).In the end, one black was line (hot), red was load or unused, and 5/6 additional black lines should not have been in a switch at all (ran to other room's lights). Thank god they didn't fiddle with the neutral and ground coloring.So... if you happen to have normal wiring this should be a breeze to install, but if you find yourself in my predicament make sure you have a multimeter handy and watch a few youtube videos on how to ID lines.

Overall I like these switches. This was our first smart switch investment so I don't have much to compare them to. Aesthetically they are good. I like the screwless cover and the rocker on/off switch works well. I also like the LED light showing you whether the switch is on or off at a distance.Something to consider however is application. We purchased the 3-switch option because we have 2 outdoor lights each on a separate switch and an interior entry way light on a switch. What I didn't consider was that our internal light has another light switch location with which you can turn the light on and off. I believe this switch configuration is called a 3-way switch. These switches cannot do this functionality. I thought after installation that I could just buy another single switch option for the other location and all would be good. Not the case, it's an entirely different type of switch. Also keep in mind, the 3-way switch from the same manufacturer, looks completely different than these switches and will not fit in this switch plate cover. This to me was absolutely crazy and annoying. I should have researched this first. If I had, I most likely would not have purchased this product.The app for these switches is also a bit clunky and not great. You only need the app for configuration so that is a positive.Works well with Amazon Echo devices.

I wanted to love these wifi smart light switches, but unfortunately they were not a reliable product for me. The installation was not difficult and required a neutral wire in the electrical system, which is standard in most houses built after 1990. The switches themselves looked good once installed, although the plastic quality was not the highest. One thing I didn't like was the led indicator, which was blue when turned on and red when turned off. I would have preferred green when turned on, but this is not a major issue.The second problem I had with these switches was their connectivity with Alexa. They would frequently disconnect and reconnecting them was not a straightforward process. Eventually, they stopped functioning altogether. After about a year of use, I had to replace them with new switches. I suspect that they may have been damaged during a power surge during an electric storm, which is something that happened quite often in my area. Regardless, I cannot recommend these switches due to their unreliable performance.
