I have to say I purchased these lemon juice to have with honey for my cold. You can really taste the lemon very strong. It comes in a bundle you get four or how many you want for such a cheap price so I normally go for the bundle because it lasts. You only need a little bit of lemon juice at the bottom of the cup and it does help bring mucus up so it does the trick good value for the price.
