NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Eyeshadow Base Primer, Black

I use as an eyeliner and it stays in place and is absolutely amazing.

It was my first time purchasing a black primer. I love doing a lot of goth looks. This is my go to. It also works great as being a liner as well. I like using it for a reverse cat eye. Very easy to use, but does dry fast. Clean off very well. Very easy to use.

It has the same consistency as gel eyeliners do, but with half the pigment. I used under "is mine" black eyeshadow and it works great. It works also for dark eyeshadow colors besides black. Dark blues, purples and browns are the really good additions. If you love dark eyeshadow or smoky eyes this is a perfect base. It glides on smoothly and comes off very easily when removing make up. It prevents the dark shadows from staining your eyelids while also holding the pigment. For the price and how it works just put it in your cart. It will definitely last a while. After opening it, it expires in 9 months which it will last that long if you used it everyday.

Nice black matte color and it looks super good. Super easy to work with as well. My only problem was that after an hour or two, it starts smudging/melting on it own :( but if you’re looking for a cheap okay quality eye shadow, this is for u !

I bought the white base and I love it. It brings out the colors of your shadows and really makes them pop. It also remains a bit tacky after it dries, helps the shadow adhere to your lids and also helps prevent a lot of fallout. I recently ordered the black, look forward to trying it out. (On my boyfriend's account). So I accidently wrote this review on here for the white base.. I revieved my black base a few days ago and I am very happy with it. It's great for creating depth and I use it on my crease before applying shadow, allowing for extra drama. It applies well, I think it applies best with a brush.

I'm assuming that the product that I was sent was old because I bought it due to a tick tocker who used it and it was not as smooth as she had made it out it was very chunky and what would stick to my eyelid was very translucent and it would easily smear whether it be from touching it or sweat or general wear throughout the day it didn't stay in a place at all

I love using this black eyeshadow primer with all my darker eyeshadows. It really makes my eyeshadow pop.

Great eyeshadow primer for dark colors! Much less expensive than MAC and just as good!

This eyeshadow is wonderful for cosplay, you may have to do a couple of layers to get the desired shade of black, but it stays, it doesn't smug too easily, and it's not too annoying to get off! All in all wonderful!
