Sparkle Plenty Sponge Lamp Shade and Fabric Cleaner

Never knew that I needed these! Work great and much better on lampshades than any other cleaning regimen I've tried in the past.

I have a 1960's vintage table light with a large barrel light shade. I was looking to replace the shade as the dust was substantial and a lint roller wasn't doing much. Before spending money on a new one, I did a last-resort google search on how to clean a lampshade and was directed here. This thing was amazing - the shade almost looks brand new! This eraser gently clumps the dust up - it was a little appalling how much dirt came off the thing! A quick vacuum was able to clean up any small particles. It looks great.

This works very well to remove dust, pet hair and small spots like from flys. It's very good for those things. But for anything more serious no this won't work. I'm using this monthly to keep my shades in good shape. But if say you son touched the shade with greasy pizza fingers then no. Call your local dry cleaner and see if they clean shades (many do) or look up a diy.

Cleaned good. Was unable to clean some stains but overall pleased.

i didnt return it..it does remove hair of the lampshades but it also is hard to remove the hair off of it! so why not just spend my time picking the hair off of the lampshade without it?

This is such a great item, have two beautiful red velvet lamps with gold fringe. Thisproduct cleaned off the dust so efferently. I was amazed. Will definitely buy again.Does not disappoint.

Meh. Doesn’t really work to remove the dirt from my lamp. No different than those Mr. clean sponge things. I do not recommend.

I have cleaning ladies who "dust" my lampshades every two weeks. But when I ran this product over the first shade, I was surprised at how much dust was picked up. It's almost like a magnet for dust. I have not seen any other product that works as well to clean lamp shades!!! Highly recommend, so much so that I am putting one in each of my female relatives Christmas stockings. We all love things that make like easier.

Cleaned a 10-year-old lampshade in 4 minutes; looks like new again.The sponge is washable, which is a good feature. Will last for 20 washes.Good product!

I was very sceptical when I received this sponge. It looked so ordinary, but my goodness it works! I bought it to clean up a beautiful silk lampshade I've owned for over 40yrs, and always been dubious about touching it to clean apart from light dusting. Was contemplating just thtowing it away. After using this sponge it looks like new! I'm so thrilled, and thoroughly recommend it 💯

Good product as far as cleaning a lamp shade is concerned but it doesn’t take marks off the shade
