**Q: The unit came with no hardware, how do you install it?**
A: That’s strange.  I would contact the seller because it should of come with at least 2 bolts and depending on the model Jeep there could be two already installed underneath the bumper.

**Q: Do you have to do a software update after installing the wiring harness?**
A: I installed the hitch myself.  I had a dealer install the wiring. The hitch is extremely easy to install. The Wire gets more difficult. There’s a great YouTube video showing (wiring) how to do it. To answer your question, at first I was going to do the wiring. then they (dealer) talked about not recognizing it. So I made life easy and have them do it.

**Q: Does it come with wiring bracket?**
A: No, this is just the hitch. The wiring bracket comes with the Mopar wiring harness.

**Q: Will this fit a Gladiator Sport?**
A: I believe that the bolt pattern is completely different on the Gladiator model. The Mopar hitch your going to want to get is Mopar part# 82215648
