Its a new large scar and it seems to be making a huge difference. It's flattening out the scar and seems to be aiding the healing process. It tells you to wash the strip before reapplying. You start by putting the plaster on for one hour increasing every day by one hour until you reach 24 hours. It is a little uncomfortable to begin with, it feels like its drawing the scar,​ but gets better over time. The only downside is it does not tell you how long you are able to use each strip before changing it to a new strip.
